T20 World Cup 2021: Scotland players visit Team India's dressing room after the match

Team India made a strong comeback in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2021 and won back to back matches against Afghanistan and Scotland. Talking about their last outing with Scotland, Virat Kohli won the toss and asked the opposition to bat first.

India got the expected start from the bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami, as both the bowlers made the batsmen struggle while getting runs on the board. Jasprit Bumrah cleared the stumps of the opposition skipper Kyle Coetzer for one run.

Then Ravindra Jadeja removed both Matthew Cross and Richie Berrington 2 and 0 respectively. George Munsey got a good start to his innings, but failed to make it a big one and went back to the pavilion with the numbers 24.

Calum Macleod and Michael Leask played a decent knock in the middle and were sent back to the dressing room by Mohammed Shami and Ravindra Jadeja.

Summary of the match:

KL Rahul - Rohit Sharma

At the end of the first innings, Scotland posted a poor total of 85 runs on the board. KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma opened the innings for Team India as usual and started to dominate the opposition bowlers all around the park.

KL Rahul completed his fifty in just 18 balls and returned to the dressing room after giving a simple catch to Calum Macleod. Then Suryakumar Yadav finished off in style by clearing the fence in the 7th over bowled by Chris Greaves.
