Just before the start of the upcoming season of IPL, the Kolkata franchise has been hit by a huge blow. The players who have to participate in the tournament, have to be in quarantine before entering the bio-secure bubble.

The reports are unconfirmed and there has been no official word on the matter from the franchise. But, reports say that he is in isolation and being monitored by doctors in the hotel.

The left-handed batsman is one of the important players on the KKR side. He is expected to bat at the number three spot this season. Rana is one of their few players who is performing consistently in the last 4 seasons.
