SA vs IND: Watch - Virat Kohli was seen dancing in the dressing after Rishabh Pant's 4

Team India is up against South Africa in their backyard for the 2nd ODI at the Boland Park in Paarl. In the first One-day against the hosts, the stand-in skipper KL Rahul and his men failed to chase the target posted by the opposition and lost the game as well.

In addition to that, they already lost the three-match Test series and should look to bounce back in the remaining games including the second ODI as well. However, coming to this match, KL Rahul once again won the toss and decided to bat. He opened the innings along with Shikhar Dhawan who had a good outing in the first game.

Both the batters get off to a good start to the innings and added 63 runs for the opening wicket partnership. Notably, the openers added 57 runs in the mandatory powerplay which will help India to post a competitive target on the board.

Despite getting a good start to the innings, Shikhar Dhawan had to return to the dressing room after scoring 29 runs for his team. Following him, Virat Kohli who came in at number 3, has been dismissed by Keshav Maharaj for a five-ball duck.

Shardul Thakur once again saved India:

Notably, it was his first duck in ODI since December 2019. After that, Rishabh Pant joined with his skipper and played remarkably in the middle overs of the game. Both the batters added 115 runs for the third-wicket partnership before KL Rahul has been dismissed by Sisanda Magala for 55 runs.

In the very next over, Tabraiz Shamsi dismissed the well-settled Rishabh Pant for 85 runs. After that, Shreyas Iyer had to walk back to the pavilion with the number 11. Venkatesh Iyer and Shardul Thakur added some useful runs on the board before the left-hander returns to the dressing room after scoring 22 runs.

Chasing the target posted by India, Quinton de Koc and Janneman Malan opened the innings for South Africa and provided a flying start by smashing right from the first over of Bhuvnesh Kumar.

As of now, Quinton de Kock and Janneman added 69 runs for the first wicket partnership and India has to break this partnership before everything goes out of their hands. However, during India's innings, Virat Kohli was spotted dancing after Rishabh Pant smashes a four.
