He is one of the regular fixtures in the Chennai Super Kings franchise who has been released by the team ahead of the mega auction of the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League.

However, the Chennai-based franchise has retained Ravindra Jadeja, MS Dhoni, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Moeen Ali for the next season and would like to rope some talented cricketers from the mega auction which is going to take place in February.

Meanwhile, the West Indies all-rounder is currently engaged in the Bangladesh Premier League in which he represents the Fortune Barishal team led by Shakib Al Hasan.

In the end, Comilla Victorians won the battle by a margin of 63 runs. Besides, during the match, Dwayne Bravo did Allu Arjun's famous dance step from his recent movie Pushpa after dismissing the opposition wicket-keeper Mahidul Islam Ankon.
