In the opening game, India defeated Pakistan by a margin of five wickets. After that, they defeated the cricket team from Hong Kong by 40 runs to win their next two games.
As a result, they advanced to the Asia Cup's Super 4 round. The Pakistan cricket team, however, produced a fantastic return by defeating India in the Super 4 stage.
