David Wiese was asked to smash 10 runs off the last three balls during the final over of the game where he lofted the ball but it went straight to the fielder at the long-on region. Hence, Namibia lost the match by a margin of 7 runs.

After losing the game, the skipper of Namibia, Gerhard Erasmus shared a few words in the post-match presentation and also heaped praise on David Wiese for his exceptional knock under pressure.

"I thought we did well with the ball to keep them under 150. I think it was much below par, but we let them get away with a few shots in the middle overs. These kind of games happen, we need to react better to situations when the momentum swings away from us.
