Watch: Yuvraj Singh hits 4 sixes in an over in the Road Safety World Series

 

The retired cricketers were currently playing the Road Safety World Series which commenced this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. During the 13th match between India Legends and South Africa Legends, everyone witnessed the vintage Yuvraj Singh in the first innings of the game.

This moment took place in the 18th over of Zander de Bruyn as the veteran destroyed him all-around the park. Yuvraj Singh went on to hit 4 sixes off his over as he started it right from the 2nd ball of his spell.

Yuvraj Singh looked unstoppable at the moment and scored an unbeaten 52 off just 22 balls including 2 boundaries and 6 sixes to his name. Speaking about the first innings, India Legends were asked to bat first by South Africa Legends and went on to miss the dangerous Virender Sehwag for 6 runs.

However, the "Master Blaster" Sachin Tendulkar and Subramaniam Badrinath stood strong on both ends and dominated the opposition alley all-around the park. The fans have been delightful after watching Sachin Tendulkar who scored 60 off 37 balls including 9 fours and a six.

Badrinath has scored 42 runs and went back to the pavilion after being retired hurt. After all, India Legends posted a huge target of 205 runs on the board. The South Africa Legends came out on the field and got a good start to their innings before both the openers Andrew Puttick and the wicket-keeper Morne van Wyk sent back to dressing by Yusuf Pathan and Pragyan Ojha for 41 and 48 runs.

After that, the whole team collapsed and went on to score 148 runs on the board. India Legends won the match comfortably with a margin of 56 runs in hand. Currently, India Legends are sitting at the top of the table with 5 wins from 6 games.
