T10 League 2021-22: Yusuf Pathan has signed with Maratha Arabians ahead of Abu Dhabi T10 2021-22

 

The shortest format in cricket history "T10" has gained a lot of fans all around the world. The fast-paced format has been loved by a lot of fans and has rapidly grown in the meantime.

Still, the T20 format has been the favourite for fans all across the world and has reached new heights in recent times. The first reason for its immense growth would be the Indian Premier League which recently concluded in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The first phase of the IPL has been called off due to back to back Covid-19 cases which breached through the bio-bubble. However, BCCI has finally finished the cash-rich contest and started the T20 World Cup successfully. It is going well in UAE and star teams like West Indies, India and Sri Lanka were struggling to make themselves qualify for the playoffs.

After the end of the T20 World Cup 2021, the T10 is all set to conclude in UAE with seven teams participating in it. It has seen a lot of success in the previous edition and would gain more popularity in the upcoming days.

The former Indian cricketer and the brother of Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan is likely to join the Maratha Arabians in the T10 tournament. He announced his retirement in recent times and said "I always felt proud representing India.

And I would like to thank my national, domestic, IPL teammates, coaches, support staff, and my well-wishers. I am officially announcing my retirement from all forms of the game. I will continue to entertain you all in the new chapter of my life."

Fans would be excited to see India's six-hitting machine in the T10 tournament in Abu Dhabi. In addition to that, Yusuf Pathan is expected to play a big role for Maratha Arabians in the league.
