Pak vs Ban: Bangladesh fans angry after Pakistan raised the flag during practice

Controversy erupted ahead of the Pakistan-Bangladesh game when a Pakistani flag displayed during practice in Dhaka angered Bangladeshi fans.
The decision of the Pakistani cricket team to fly their national flag in training sessions before the series against Bangladesh did not go down well with the Bangladeshi fans. While this may seem like an overreaction given that the Pakistani team has been hoisting the flag for their training sessions for quite some time, Bangladeshi fans believe that the Pakistani cricket team is politicizing the sport.

In the run-up to the T20 game between Pakistan and Bangladesh on November 19, controversy has erupted after the guests' flag angered the citizens of Bangladesh during a training session in Dhaka.

Pakistan's head coach Saqlain Mushtaq continued the trend of wearing his country's national flag in training on Tuesday to bolster squad morale. Saqlain, who started this trend at the recently concluded T20 World Cup, continued the same routine on Tuesday as he went into the three-game T20I series against Bangladesh.

In the pictures shared from PCB Media's official Twitter handle, the Pakistani flag can be seen on the ground as the team started training for the series. However, fans in Bangladesh disapproved of the move and many used Twitter to express their displeasure.

Another Twitter user commented: "Different countries have come to Bangladesh countless times, many games were played through practice. But none of the parties had to practice burying their national flag on the ground. But why did Pakistan do it ... Which means the? ."

While Pakistan's intentions are clear, Bangladeshi fans are unhappy because of the story between the two nations. Bangladeshi fans used social media to beat the Pakistani cricket team for planting the flag on Bangladeshi soil.
