Jofra Archer gives hilarious take on Motera pitch debate

With the 4th Test which is going to conclude in one or two days, there have been a lot of controversies about the pitch at the newly built Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad. The debate has started after the 3rd Pink-Ball Test match between India and England which ended up in just two days.
The Englishmen Alastair Cook, Michael Vaughan, Mark Waugh and David Lloyd has continuously criticised the turf as the visitors have been outplayed by the hosts in the game.
On the other side Rohit Sharma, Shane Warne, Jack Leach, Sunil Gavaskar and others have been backing up the track for the upcoming Test at the same venue. Currently, the English pacer Jofra Archer has come up with a little bit of funny thing and also reminded of a match that finished in just five sessions.
The speedster has written “To me, it doesn’t matter what pitches we play on. There’s not much to complain about in life — apart from bad Wi-Fi, of course! The day-nighter I played against Glamorgan three years ago was over in five sessions, and on the day I signed my first Sussex contract, we beat Leicestershire inside two days, so matches finish quickly in England, too,” and “Let’s be honest, we are in India, and we have to expect the ball to spin. That’s fine. Although it doesn’t mean that batting is easy,” later he added in the Daily Mail.
Moreover, Archer came up with one more conversation with Joe Root who advised him during the 3rd Test against the hosts.
“In the first innings in Ahmedabad, it felt hard to get the ball away against their spinners Ravichandran Ashwin and Axar Patel. And so, ahead of the second innings, Joe Root encouraged us all to be fearless in our approach. He wanted us to realise we had nothing to lose and not to go into our shells, and he urged us to keep the same mentality for the rest of this series,” Archer added. And now, each and everyone is waiting for the upcoming Test on Thursday.
