"I never get the feeling that he is the owner of our team and he is our boss" - Hardik Pandya

The flamboyant Baroda all-rounder Hardik Pandya has recalled a moment that how Mumbai Indians helped him during his worst days. Hardik Pandya is not looking in good form with the bat and he failed to aggregate runs Mumbai Indians in the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League.
His lack of form affected the franchise in the slog overs as the West Indies powerhouse Kieron Pollard was also not in the form that they expected from him. Hardik Pandya made his IPL debut with Mumbai Indians in 2015 and become a regular member of the franchise.
Due to his lower back injury, Hardik has struggled a lot with both the bat and the ball. Moreover, he is currently with the Indian team which is going to kick start its campaign against the arch-rivals, Pakistan, on 24th October.
"It was very emotional and I started crying" - Hardik Pandya:
During an interaction with ESPNcricinfo, Hardik Pandya has revealed a lot of things about his bond with the owner of Mumbai Indians, Mukesh Ambani and his son Aakash Ambani.

He said that "Mumbai Indians have stood by me during my lows and highs. Recently when my dad passed away (In January 2021), Krunal and I got a letter from Mukesh Sir and Nita Ma’am, giving their condolences. For us, it was very emotional. I started crying."
"Aakash has been a tremendous friend. I never get the feeling that he is the owner of our team and he is our boss. He has always given me added motivation and has always supported me," Pandya shared a few words on Aakash Ambani.
"I don’t seek attention. But I get attention because of who I am. If I go to the crease, because of the cricketer I am, they have to keep an eye on me because they know If I click, I can take the game away," he further added.
Moreover, he was a member of the franchise that won IPL 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020 under the leadership of Rohit Sharma. He has to make a strong comeback and his presence in the team will boost the lower-order, as he has the capability of finishing games once he gets the ball under his eyes.
