Watch: Glenn Maxwell walks out to WWE wrestler Big Show's theme music

After being criticised by the troller's Maxwell came back in style in the 3rd T20I match against New Zealand at Wellington. During the match, the visitors got a good start as Aaron Finch and Josh Philippe scored 69 and 43 runs and sent back to the pavilion by the leggie Ish Sodhi. Then Maxwell walked out to the field in style as the DJ played the theme music of the WWE wrestler "Big Show" which went viral on social media.

After that, the flamboyant all-rounder took the charge and destroyed the likes of the Kiwi bowlers all-around the park. He despatched Jimmy Neesham for 28 runs in the 17th over including two sixes and four boundaries to his name. Maxwell ended his fabulous innings after scoring 70 off just 31 deliveries which helped the visitors to give a huge target of 209 runs in the allotted overs.

On the other side, New Zealand failed to chase the target as they handed over their innings for 144 runs as Australia won the match by a margin of 67 runs. Besides, Maxwell's outstanding batting overshadowed Ashton Agar's best bowling figure of 6 for 30 during the same game. However, the hosts have the lead of 2-1 with two games remaining on the note. Currently, the RCB fans are celebrating his innings and will be happier if the Big Show does the same in the 14th edition of the cash-rich contest which is going to conclude in a few months.

It is an important season for Maxwell after showing poor performance for the then Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) in IPL 2020. The Aussie who is going to play under Virat Kohli leadership will be keen to dominate the bowlers along with his skipper and AB de Villiers. Let's see how the Big Show performs in the upcoming edition of the league.
