Ashes 2021-22: The 1st Test of the series in Brisbane might be called off

 

The most-awaited clash between England and Australia in the Ashes Test series is scheduled to commence from 8th December, Wednesday. Considering the recent reports from other sources, the first Test between these two giants which is going to be held in Brisbane might be called off due to bad weather conditions.

Moreover, both the teams practised tight ahead of the most-anticipated event but due to adverse changes in weather the first four days. Having a look at Queensland, they are currently engaged in a four-day match in the Sheffield Shield bud due to overcast conditions, the team managed to play only 29 overs throughout the three days of play.

The intra-squad warm-up match has also been cancelled after receiving heavy storms at Brisbane. The first Test match between Australia and England in the Ashes is scheduled to play at the Gabba, the overcast conditions might ruin the entire match and the preparations of both the teams.
