Alex Hales trolls PCB by posting picture of poor quality food offered to him

The ongoing edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been postponed with immediate effect due to the Covid-19 cases in the bio-bubble. The PCB took a decision after a meeting with the organizing committee and the team management on 4th March.

The meeting was just held a day after three positive cases were reported. Tom Banton, Fawad Ahmed and Karachi Kings' fielding coach, Kamran Khan were tested positive.

The PCB officially stated that they postponed the ongoing season of PSL after seven positive cases. The tournament had started on 20th February and we have witnessed just 14 games out of 34 scheduled matches.

“The decision was made after seven cases were reported in the competition, which had started on 20 February,” an official release from the PCB stated.

“The PCB, as an immediate step, will focus on the safe and secure passage of all participants, and arrange repeat PCR tests, vaccines and isolation facilities to the six participating sides.”

Alex Hales indirectly trolls PCB:

The England opener, Alex Hales has been a part of Islamabad United in PSL. On Thursday, he posted a picture of the food offered to him. In the picture, we could see two eggs with toast.

But, he did not expect the eggs and the quality of the eggs was not good either. Here is the picture:

Meanwhile, the previous edition of PSL also postponed due to the same reason. But, later in November, they rescheduled and completed the tournament successfully. They would be hoping for the same with PSL 2021.
