"He got all attributes to become a successful bowler for India in all three formats" - says Jos Buttler

The English wicket-keeper batsman Jos Buttler has been one of the regular fixtures for Rajasthan Royals in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. Recently, he has claimed that the right-arm pacer Prasidh Krishna will play all three formats for the Indian cricket team.

On 23rd March 2021, Prasidh Krishna made his international debut against England at Pune. He got 4 wickets in his debut match against England.

However, the 26-year-old is yet to make his appearance in the T20I and the longest format of the game as well. But the England stalwart feels that he is not far away from making his debut in the other formats for the Indian cricket team.

"He has some pace in the nets and skills, he’s got all the attributes to be a very successful fast bowler for India in all formats of the game. I see him playing red-ball cricket for India as well," Jos Buttler was quoted as saying in the media by CricTracker.

The right-handed batter has also heaped praises for adding Ravichandran Ashwin, Trent Boult and Yuzvendra Chahal to the side as all three have a lot of experience and know what to do in the crunch moments of the game.

"Their experience is really invaluable. Having those guys is fantastic, we have lots of experience to draw from.

Against Mumbai, the game was in the balance and we needed wickets, Ashwin came up with a fantastic wicket and then Yuzi got two in two. Those guys are top performers and they know how to get things done," said Jos Buttler.

Moreover, Jos Buttler also shared a few words about his skipper Sanju Samson who has been developed himself a lot ahead of the Indian Premier League.

"Not many changes (since Sanju became captain). That is one of the greatest attribute any leader has to have - being yourself, being authentic," Buttler said.

"Sanju definitely has that. His game has matured, cricket has matured, he’s older and wiser than when we first started. We are enjoying playing under his leadership, he makes a great environment. He’s a fun guy who has respect from the entire group," Buttler added a few more about his skipper.
