Watch: The worst IPL anthem so far; the fans dislike what they see
The Indian Premier League is regarded as one of the best domestic tournaments to be played around the globe. The best thing about this competition is that fans never get bored at any point and would always love to watch till the end of the game. It has a huge fan base and a lot of money has been invested by some big names in the league.
Besides, fans are not happy with the recently released IPL anthem as they claim that this is the worst anthem ever when compared to the PSL anthem. They expected a lot from Star Sports with a new and most likeable anthem as we know that the network will not do such things for the Indian Premier League.

Moreover, fans were excited to see the two new teams in this season but unfortunately, the BCCI didn't have enough time to get the things under the belt. A source claimed that “Time is too short to launch two new teams in IPL 2021. Especially when there is also a new player auction. In this case, work is more and time is very less. If there are 2 new teams in the IPL, then it will be possible only in the 2022 season,” said one of the officials in BCCI.
With that being said, we can expect two teams in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League with more than ninety games to be scheduled. Speaking about the IPL 2021, BCCI has announced the schedule for the 14th edition of the league which is going to commence on 9th April.
The opening match of the competition will be played between the Rohit-led Mumbai Indians and Virat-led Royal Challengers Bangalore at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. So, fans are eager to watch the match between two heavy batting teams on Friday.
