Twitter reacts after Mohammed Siraj's sloppy fielding at the boundary rope

 

This the 16th game of the Indian Premier League where Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals are engaged with each other at the MA Chidambaram stadium in Chennai.

Speaking about the match, Virat Kohli won the toss for the second time in IPL and elected to bowl first. RCB executed their plans very well in the powerplay as cleared the top-order with cheap scores.

Mohammed Siraj was once again impressed with the ball as he bagged three wickets off Jos Buttler, David Miller and Rahul Tewatia by giving away just 27 runs in his spell. However, the talented bowler failed to do give the same performance on the field.

During the 12th over of the game bowled by Harshal Patel, Riyal Parag hit the ball towards Mohammed Siraj who let the ball go over the boundary rope.

The scenario of the match

Coming back to the game, Jos Buttler who looked in good form in the previous game against CSK has been removed by Siraj for 8 runs.

Manan Vohra and David Miller followed him in the next two overs as Kyle Jamieson and Siraj have been successful to send them back to the dressing room.

Sanju Samson wanted to take some time but Washington Sundar didn't let him settle down in the middle. Then Shivam Dube and Riyan Parag added 66 runs for the fifth wicket partnership before Parag being dismissed by Harshal Patel.

After that, Rahul Tewatia joined the hands with Dube and played a vital knock in the middle. In the end, Rajasthan Royals scored 177 runs on the board with the help of Dube's 46 and Tewatia's 40.

Ahead of the chase, Virat Kohli opened the innings with Devdutt Padikkal and started to go on from the first over of the second half. The left-handed batsman looking very dangerous at the moment as he amassed 83 off just 38 balls including 8 fours and 6 sixes to his name.
