IPL 2021: KKR's probable playing XI against Chennai Super Kings

 

The Morgan-led Kolkata Knight Riders will be up against MS Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings in the final match of the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League. The FInals will be played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Friday.

Adding to that, Kolkata Knight Riders didn't lose the IPL final till now and will look to dominate the opposition in the upcoming fixture. So, let's have a look at the probable playing xi of Kolkata Knight Riders against Chennai Super Kings.

Openers:

Shubman Gill will continue to open for Kolkata Knight Riders in the Final of IPL 2021. He played a runner-ball knock in the previous match against Delhi Capitals that helped his team to run over the victory line.

The left-handed batsman, Venkatesh Iyer will be another one to open with Shubman Gill in the upcoming fixture. He give the expected start in the previous match and 55 runs for his team. 

Middle-order:

Nitish Rana, Rahul Tripathi, Dinesh Karthik and Eoin Morgan

Nitish Rana will take the charge of KKR and might play a crucial inning if the top-order fails. However, he didn't look in good form and has to make a comeback as soon as possible.

The 30-year-old cricketer will handle the middle-order along with Dinesh Karthik and Eoin Morgan. He has played a key role on several occasions and his team will be counting on him.

The wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik is not in the form from the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League. He has to do something to tackle RCB in the upcoming game.
