IPL 2021: Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been ruled out of the next game for SRH

The Warner-led Sunrisers Hyderabad has finally opened their account with a win against Punjab Kings in IPL 2021. They lost their first three games that they played Kolkata Knight Riders, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians.

Speaking about the game, Punjab Kings elected to bat first after winning the toss. However, all their plans have been buried by the Hyderabad bowlers as they didn't allow the batsmen to get settled on the track.

The skipper of Punjab KL Rahul handed a simple catch Kedar Jadhav in the over of Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Mayank Agarwal followed him with the numbers 22 as Rashid Khan grabbed a stunning catch of Khaleel Ahmed's spell.

Nicholas Pooran has continued the string of single-digit scores. Even the Universe Boss failed to add runs with the bat and been sent back to the dressing room by Rashid Khan.

Shahrukh Khan once again showed his worth by scoring valuable 22 runs including two sixes in his innings. In the end, Punjab Kings posted a total of 120 runs on the board.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar will miss the next game Delhi Capitals

Jonny Bairstow and David Warner opened the innings for Sunrisers Hyderabad. They got a fiery start and smashed the likes of the opposition bowlers all around the park.

Punjab Kings has been dominated by the openers and could not get the breakthrough till the end of the 10th over of the game. It was Fabian Allen who came to bowl the 11th over for his side and scalped David Warner for 37 runs.

Besides, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has left the field in the first half of the game. Later, it was confirmed by the commentators that the 31-year-old has sustained a thigh strain while bowling against Punjab Kings. He didn't even complete his quota of overs as well.
