With only a few days left for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League, the Faf du Plessis-led Royal Challengers Bangalore has made a surprise move before their first game.

According to the reports, Royal Challengers Bangalore have signed an uncapped player from Afghanistan named Izharulhaq Naveed, a leg-spinner who will join the squad as a net bowler.

The youngster has confirmed it officially by sharing a story on his official Instagram handle with the RCB jersey. Recently, he was part of the U-19 team of Aghanistan that took part in the ICC U19 World Cup.

During the tournament, the leg-spinner has been quite impressive with the ball, having picked 3 wickets after getting featured in six matches and maintaining an economy of well below 4.
