IPL 2022: Dinesh Karthik shares a picture of him in MI colours ahead of MI vs DC fixture

 

Faf du Plessis-led Royal Challengers Bangalore competed in an important fixture against Gujarat Titans. The Baroda all-rounder won the toss and opted to bat. Wriddhiman Saha once again showed his class with the bat and added valuable runs on the board.

The skipper, Hardik Pandya was the man who took his side till the end and helped to post a decent total of 168 runs. The right-handed all-rounder remained unbeaten on 62 runs.

Chasing the target, Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis opened the innings and looked in fabulous touch. The former skipper of RCB, Virat Kohli has made his comeback and smashed 73 runs for his team.

Faf du Plessis contributed well from the other end as Glenn Maxwell finished the match by scoring a quickfire 40 off just 18 balls. After all, RCB moved to the 4th spot on the league table and will be relying on Mumbai Indians to beat Delhi Capitals in their upcoming fixture.

Recently, Dinesh Karthik who has been in splendid form this season has named three uncapped players by whom he got impressed in this edition of IPL.

In that case, the right-handed batter said, "I have been impressed by Arshdeep Singh because he has been so good at the death, I think he has bowled some lovely yorkers and has a lot of control."

On Yash Dayal, the wicket-keeper batter claimed, "Yash Dayal has been a terrific find. He has been able to move the ball both ways with the new ball and I enjoy that about him."

"Mohsin Khan got picked late in the tournament but he is making sure when he bowls, the heavy ball that he bowls … he has bowled some brilliant spells," Dinesh Karthik claimed on Mohsin Khan.

Moreover, Dinesh Karthik shared a post on his official Twitter handle when he was representing Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League. The post went viral on social media as RCB and their fans will support Mumbai Indians in their upcoming fixture against Delhi capitals.
