Prithvi Shaw asked to lose few kilos:

Prithvi Shaw has been in exceptional form with the bat since from Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. In the 14th edition of IPL, he has amassed 308 runs that he played at an average of 38.51

Moreover, he has scored 3 fifties from 8 games he played and maintained a staggering strike rate of well move 165. In a game against Kolkata Knight Riders, Prithvi Shaw smashed 6 boundaries off Shivam Mavi's first over.

In addition to that, he registered the figure of second fastest fifty in IPL 2021 and achieved this feat in 18 balls. Despite his golden form with the willow, BCCI and selectors have gone over with Shubman Gill and didn't pick him in the squad for the World Test Championship final and England tour.

According to the reports from the Times of India, BCCI said that "Prithvi is still very slow across the turf for a 21-year-old. He needs to shed a few more kilos. He also had concentration issues while fielding in Australia.
