"Keep it simple as possible and enjoy the game" - Adil Rashid shares valuable pieces of words for youngster Rehan Ahmed

 

The right-arm leg-spinner of the England cricket team, Adil Rashid has shared valuable words with the Bangladesh youngster Rehan Ahmed. Rehan Ahmed made his One-day debut for England in the 3rd and final game of the 3-match ODI series against Bangladesh.

Talking about the game, Tamim Iqbal, the skipper of Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bat. Batting first, the hosts posted a total of 246 runs on the board.

Shakib al Hasan was the top scorer for Bangladesh as he scored 75 runs along with Mushfiqur Rahim who added 70 runs with the bat. However, the visiting side, England failed to chase the target posted by the opposition and has been bowled out for 196 runs.

James Vince scored 38 runs which is the highest score for any individual batter in England's inning. In the end, after getting two straight defeats, Bangladesh managed to win the final match by a margin of 50 runs.

During the game, the debutant Rehan Ahmed was seen struggling as he managed to pick up only one wicket while conceding 62 runs in his 10 overs spell. After his decent outing against Bangladesh, Adil Rashid shared a few words for the young spinner and asked him to enjoy the game and the challenges he gets from it.

"Keep it simple as possible. Enjoy the game, enjoy the challenge and really go out there and express yourself. And don’t be afraid of getting hit for fours and sixes. Our squad of 20 players or whatever is here are all match-winners.

We are all positive players, aggressive players. Batters, bowlers, spinners, everything. So, we are here to win the series, we are really here to win," said Adil Rashid for Rehan Ahmed before the match as per Sky Sports.
