Kevin Pietersen names the greatest death bowler and six-hitter

The former English cricketer and skipper Kevin Pietersen has recently delivered his verdict along with the former West Indies cricketer Ian Bishop, Aakash Chopra and the South African cricketers Rassie van der Dussen and Lungi Ngidi as well.

After the inception of T20 cricket, the world of cricket has changed a lot in the last couple of years as fans started to enjoy the way of batting and bowling shown by their stars on the field.

They like the fast-paced game and the drama it creates has been one of the most enjoyable moments for the fans. In that case, the Indian Premier League has been a great platform for the T20 fans to enjoy the fast-paced game with a lot of drama and emotions.

However, people thought that it will is going to be a bowler's game as it has fewer overs where the batters had to take risks on their own. But, things changed every year and the batters started to dominate the bowlers all around the park.

No idea which way it was going, says Kevin Pietersen

Chris Gayle

Along with the others, Kevin Pietersen had to pick the greatest six-hitters and a few more in his opinion. In that case, the former English cricketer named the West Indies giant Chris Gayle and Sunil Narine as the best six-hitters and said, "His pick-up over mid-on, just the flat-bat smack, it’s so dismissive," was quoted as saying by Global Circulate. "No idea which way it was going," he said about Sunil Narine.

"Looking at him from the top of your run-up, it looks like he’s standing right next to you,” Lungi Ngidi agreed. “One swing and it’s out of the stadium."

"He changed and helped evolve the way T20 batting went and that’s why I see him as the GOAT of T20 batting," said Ian Bishop. "It’s like going to a foreign country and not understanding anything, you are completely at sea. Somebody bowling a maiden super over? It takes some doing," said Aakash Chopra.

"He was as good as it gets when it comes to death bowling," Pietersen said about Lasith Malinga.
