Watch: Old funny incident between Stuart Broad and Luke Fletcher goes viral

In modern-day cricket, the latest technology helps us to witness each and every moment which takes place during a game. In 2018, there was an incident that went viral on social media. That hilarious moment took place in a match between Nottinghamshire and Worcestershire at Nottingham.

Before talking about that funny moment let's remember an important lesson that not to believe everything that the media shows you. Random Cricket Photos & Videos tweeted that "No. Luke Fletcher is not getting punched in the face by @StuartBroad8 as the picture might fool you into believing. The two are just caught in an unfortunate mid-pitch collision while taking a single. Moral of the story - Don't believe everything that the media shows you".


And during the first innings of the Nottinghamshire, Stuard Broad and Luke Fletcher had a clash with each other while going for a single. However, both the players hadn't got any serious injury rather they got a little bit of treatment after the end of the clash.

It's a common thing in cricket as both the batsmen towards each other while watching the ball. But, the fans didn't sit quite as they shared the video which went viral on social media then and even now. It was not a proud moment for the cricketers as the fans remind of the incident with laughs.

However, that match between Nottinghamshire and Worcestershire has been ended up in a draw. Batting first Nottinghamshire posted a challenging total of 499 runs and declared the innings.

Worcestershire had managed only 287 runs in their first innings as their opposition, Nottinghamshire got a lead of 212 runs and went on to score 249 runs before declaring their innings. Worcestershire was asked to chase the target of 462 runs and as a result, they scored 368 runs and drew the match at the end of the final day.
