Watch: Nabi gets hit on neck as Prasidh bowled a fiery bouncer
The Kolkata Knight Riders beat the Sunrisers Hyderabad in a thriller at the Chepauk Stadium, Chennai. It was just the 3rd game of the tournament and all three games were the thrillers.
David Warner elected to bowl first after winning the toss against Kolkata Knight Riders, but their bowlers could not make use of it. The opening duo of Nitish Rana and Shubman Gill made full use of powerplay.
Though Gill has gone cheaply, Rahul Tripathi who came at No.3, played an aggressive knock and registered his first fifty of the season as well. On the other hand, Rana has played a tremendous knock of 80 against the strong bowling attack.
Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi were the picks of the bowlers from Hyderabad as they went on to pick two wickets each. With the help of a good finish from Dinesh Karthik, KKR posted a total of 187 on their board.

While chasing a huge total, the Hyderabad-based IPL franchise lost both their openers cheaply inside the powerplay. But, Bairstow and Pandey took the charge and launched an attack on the KKR bowlers.
The game was on SRH's side when Bairstow was at the crease. But, Pat Cummins changed the course of the game by dismissing the England batsman. In the end, SRH could score 177 and lost their first game by the margin of just 10 runs.
Mohammad Nabi smashed a couple of boundaries before getting hit on his neck by the bouncer of Prasidh. As soon he got hit on his neck, the umpires and fielders especially Harbhajan Singh got concerned about the batsman.
