David Warner's brother Steven Warner slams SRH after dropping him from the team

Sunrisers Hyderabad had a decent season in the last edition of the Indian Premier League. They went on to finish at the third spot under the captaincy of David Warner.

In IPL 2020, they qualified for the playoffs where they knocked the Royal Challengers Bangalore out of the tournament in the eliminator. However, they were knocked out by Delhi Capitals in the second qualifier.

However, they have failed to perform up to the expectations in the ongoing season of the cash-rich T20 league. SRH lost four consecutive games and is struggling to win the games.

Sunrisers Hyderabad dropped David Warner from the leadership and team as well. Kane Williamson has been appointed as the new captain for Sunrisers Hyderabad.

After that, Steven Warner, brother of David Warner slammed SRH on Instagram for dropping him from the side and wrote "Leave this here @sunrisershyd a bloke that has carried this team for years, your openers aren’t the issues how about getting a decent middle-order that scores some runs."

SRH lost their last game against Rajasthan Royals:

In their last game against Rajasthan Royals, SRH had to chase a mammoth target of 221 runs. both the openers Manish Pandey and Jonny Bairstow got a good start in the powerplay and scored 57 runs off it.

They failed to convert their starts to big ones and returned to the pavilion with the numbers of 31 and 30 respectively. Kane Williamson also failed to handle the pressure and departed after scoring 20 runs from 21 balls.

Then once again, the middle-order of Sunrisers Hyderabad didn't live up to the expectations of the fans and the team management as well.
