Chris Morris picks the find of the tournament of IPL 2021

 

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has suspended the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League after witnessing the rising number of coronavirus cases in India.

Recently, Varun Chakravarthy and Sandeep Warrier of Kolkata Knight Riders have been tested positive for coronavirus. Following them, Sunrisers Hyderabad's wicket-keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha has also become the prey for the deadly virus.

Moreover, the experienced spinner Amit Mishra from Delhi Capitals and the batting coach of Chennai Super Kings, Michael Hussey has been tested positive. In addition to that, the CEO of CSK who was tested positive has cleared it in the recent test.

BCCI looking to conduct the final leg of the league in the September window before the ICC T20 World Cup which is in the mid-way of October.

The costliest player of the 14th edition of the IPL, Chris Morris who has been bought by the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL Players' auction for the whopping price of INR 16.25 crore.

He was looked in good form with both the bat and the ball as he scored 48 runs and scalped 14 wickets from 14 games. Recently, Chris Morris has made a tweet on his official Twitter handle and added that "Find of the tournament for me," mentioning Chetan Sakariya.

The youngster has been bought by Rajasthan Royals for an INR of 1.20 crore in the IPL Players' Auction 2021. He has represented his side in seven games and picked up 7 wickets to his name. He would be proud when Chris Morris mentioned him in his tweet.
