Nitish Rana likes a negative post listing Ishan Kishan's poor score in T20I on Twitter

Nitish Rana has caught the headlines after he likes a cryptic tweet about Ishan Kishan on Twitter after the left-handed batter failed to score runs in the last couple of innings he played for the Indian side.

Team India is currently led by the Baroda all-rounder Hardik Pandya in the 3-match T20I series against New Zealand. India whitewashed the Kiwis in the 3-match One-day series.

However, New Zealand made a strong comeback by defeating the Indian side in the 1st T20I game. However, India once again proved themselves that they are the best when it comes to home by winning the 2nd T20I game.

The second T20I match between these two sides had a lot of drama as both sides struggled to score runs at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. Interestingly, both sides didn't smash a single six during the game as the pitch went on to favour bowlers, especially the spinners.

It was a great game of cricket: Mitchell Santner

After getting defeated by Team India, the skipper of New Zealand, Mitchell Santner shared a few words about the game during the post-match presentation. "It was a great game of cricket. To get it so close was a great effort from the bowlers.

If we'd got an extra 10 or 15, could have been the difference. The calmness of Surya and Hardik to get them over the line was pretty good. We bowled 16 or 17 overs of spin, definitely something different.

With the bounce out there, it looked challenging. You are not sure what a good total is. 120 might have been a good score. Rotation might have been the difference," Mitchell Santner was quoted as saying by Cricbuzz.

Besides, Nitish Rana who got his national call-up in 2021 for the white-ball tour against Sri Lanka was the first and last that he got an international call-up. Since then, the left-handed cricketer didn't receive any call-up as he also shared his feelings on social media platforms after he got dropped from the side.
